AL STATZ
Part owner of the company and lifelong fencer, Al manages day-to-day operations and personnel. He served for 6 years as President of the Wisconsin-Northern Illinois Chapter of the American Fence Association, and served on the national AFA Board of Governors.
MARK SCHMITT
Mark has been employed with Qual Line Fence since 1997. His specialty is wood fences, but Mark participates in managing all facets of company operations. In 2007 he was promoted to Vice President. In his free time Mark enjoys spending time with one of his car clubs.

RAY STATZ
Ray founded this company in 1956. The company’s name reflects Ray’s business philosophy–building quallity fences that last a long time. He believes in investing in machinery and tools that make a job easier and better. Recently, Ray took up autocross racing with his Beck’s Spyder. He is a founding member of the Waunakee Rotary Club and Paul Harris Fellow.
HARRIET STATZ
Harriet has been selling fences and served as Vice President of the company since 1991. Now she is focusing on management issues and long-term planning. Apart from fencing, she participates in and provides leadership to community musical circles and youth exchange. Harriet belongs to the Waunakee Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
TIFFANY PETERS
Tiffany has been our Office Manager since 2004. Her additional experience with our sales department and estimating has made her an instrumental component of our company accounting. When not crunching the numbers and keeping the office running smoothly, Tiffany enjoys completing home improvement projects, time with her family and especially her new granddaughter.
