JOB DESCRIPTION:

Participate as member of crews to install fences, flagpoles, and other items contracted by Qual Line Fence Corporation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability and desire to perform physical labor out of doors.
• Ability to perform arithmetical calculations required for installations.
• Possess and maintain good driving record.
• Ability, or willingness to learn, to operate vehicles and machines such as auger, chain saw, fork lift, cut-off saw, pounder
• Lift loads up to 100 pounds
• Mobility for pushing, pulling, bending, stooping.
• Welding capability a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a small crew in the field.
• Ability to relate to customers regarding installation particulars.
• Ability to climb ladders to heights of 10 feet.
• Must pass physical examination, which includes drug testing.

PAY RATE

Starrting at $15/hour

• Valid Driver’s License and Clean driving record is MANDATORY

• Previous experience with powered equipment is preferred
• Ability to work outdoors, in hot/cold and wet/dry conditions
• Willingness to put in 10+ hour days

• Possible raise in pay after successful completion of a 60 day probation period

Each new hire is subject to a sixty (60) day probation period. Upon completion of that probation period, a review of your performance will be conducted with a possible pay raise. Previous fencing or construction experience is preferred but not required, What is required is a willingness to learn and have fun doing so while working hard and safe. We are dedicated to quality.
